In the traditional ice making system, the way to achieve the cold energy is by using compressor to transform the gaseous refrigerant to liquid refrigerant.

The ice machine use 4 evaporators and every evaporator have 308 ice molds. The ice block weight 100kg per piece and the ice making time is 16hours per circle, so the average daily capacity is 180tons per 24hours.
