Flake Ice Machine Evaporator KPE (from 200kg to 30tons)

Koller flake ice machine evaporator, optional fresh water type and sea water type (land use or ship use). According to different needs, there are different materials for the evaporator: carbon steel, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316.

Our evaporating drum adopts annealing process to eliminate the internal stress of welding, so that the evaporating drum does not deform.

For the components, we use stainless steel for the water spreading tray, ice cutter and bearings, etc.

Our evaporator adopt internal scraping ice making and rolling spiral ice cutter in the evaporator inner wall scraping ice. Precise installation position, less wear, low resistance, low loss, low noise and uniform ice production.
